About Us

Hospitality Asset Management Company was formed in 1998 by Mark Morath with two local partners.  This union of hotel owners and operational successes created a cohesive management source of established hotels, and an opportunity for the development of new hospitality projects.

Our company has surrounded itself with over 300 dedicated employees throughout our hotels.   These employees have assisted us in receiving industry awards for the performance and quality exhibited at our managed hotels.  Our properties have been honored multiple times with Franchise Hotel of the Year, Quality Awards, and Chairman’s Award recognitions.  Our hotels consistently score in the 95th percentile of their unannounced inspection processes.

As a multi-faceted organization with available expertise in all segments of hospitality development, operations, and continuing management, Hospitality Asset Management Company is proud of its history and associations.  It recognizes and appreciates its responsibilities to its business associates, owners, and franchise partners, while maintaining an atmosphere of quality for guests and clients served in its operations.

President: Mark R. Morath, CHA - Decades of hospitality experience including multi-franchise and non-franchise hotel management, new construction development and coordination/management, consultation and ongoing multi-unit operations; developer, and investor in hotels as well as other area businesses.
Director of Operations: Bruce B. White - Twenty-five years of operations experience with multi-franchise and non-franchise hotels throughout five states including resort and highway properties as well as hotel development/coordination, new construction and project management.
Director of Marketing: Meghan Kulka - Over 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry including hotel sales, large-scale marketing, advertising & promotions for multiple hotels as well as current research strategies. Specializes in creating cutting-edge, innovative marketing initiatives that work in our industry.
Executive Assistant: Megan R. Morath - Experienced Guest Services Manager in Luxury Hotels with a Penn State degree in Hospitality continues to utilize her experience in accounting, statistics, office software applications, purchasing and executive support. Manages the legal processes involved in various types of licensing procedures.
Retail Outlet Manager: Charles R. Patterson III - Extensive managerial experience specializing in inventory control, purchasing, and maintenance for our four Brewsky's Bottle Shop operations.
Sales and Graphics Professional: Ann Herrold - Leads the development of the company sales efforts and manages the graphics and creative process. Conducts market segment analysis based on industry trends and history.
Technology Management: Andy Schuyler - A leader in the field of computer technology combined with an entrepreneurial expertise. Administers franchise systems' relationships and operational infrastructure.
Management Liaison: Sam Glasgow - A skilled hotel veteran who manages new facility transitions as property liaison, linking owner and operations.
