Hospitality Asset Management Company Announces Opening of the Comfort Suites Camp Hill – Harrisburg West
Hospitality Asset Management Company has continued its steady growth by adding a Comfort Suites in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, to its portfolio. We welcome you to attend the grand opening on April 8th from 4:30-6:30 pm.
Weathervane Capital Partners, J.C. Bar Properties, and Triple Crown Corporation, teamed with Hospitality Asset Management Company to develop a Comfort Suites by Choice Hotels International located directly off the Erford Road exit of the Harvey Taylor Bridge bypass; which features 113 rooms including 16 one bedroom with full kitchenette suites, meeting facilities and an expanded fitness center. Hospitality Asset Management Company will provide daily operational management and oversight for the property.
The Comfort Suites Camp Hill – Harrisburg West is located at 100 Bar South Drive, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17001, and opened its doors to guests in January of 2021. The site was the home of the former Senate Plaza building, which now features a Sheetz, Starbucks, First Watch restaurant, and various other retail and food locations. The hotel is located near Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center, Rite Aid Corporation, Gannett Fleming, and numerous other medical and corporate offices. A Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will be held in January.
