Chief Financial & Development Officer

A seasoned Hotelier with extensive multi-franchise operating leadership. Specializes in financial management services, new hotel development, and asset design and renovations. With thirty-five plus years dedicated to the industry, his experience from operations to construction coordination is unparalleled.

Edward Tubbs

Edward Tubbs, CHA

Chief Operating Officer

An operational expert having begun his career as a Holiday Inn bartender over thirty years ago and working his way up to serve in a corporate role for Holiday Inn Worldwide as an Area Director overseeing a portfolio of 40 hotels. Knowledgeable of brands from Marriott, IHG, Wyndham, Choice, and Hilton. Also has extensive experience in restaurant operations having developed and operated numerous restaurant concepts.

With a background in senior leadership of all manner of hospitality- from corporate to leisure, condo to airport, city as well as remote.

A Penn State Hotel, Restaurant Management graduate with years of specialized experience in luxury guest service and hotel operations. Manages the continuity processes with oversight responsibilities in the financial and legal aspects of the organization.

Over 14 years in the hospitality industry with direct assistance in new hotel development of construction, project management, hotel renovations, interior design, and banking. Also has a background in day to day management, sales and marketing leadership, and franchise design compliancy.

Robert White

Regional Manager

Over 30 years in the hospitality industry with a strong focus on property-level operations, having spent eight years with Choice Hotels International as a Regional Area Director. Extensive experience in day-to-day operations in various size hotels from Select Service to Convention Center properties.

William Bauman

Area Manager

Over 20 years in the hospitality industry with a strong focus on property-level operations.  William has extensive experience as a take-over specialist and task-force manager. Well-versed in Human Resources, William enjoys building quality operational teams.

Wendy Wagner

Wendy Wagner

Corporate Controller

Beginning her hospitality career over 35 years ago as a front desk agent at the Sheraton Penn State, Wendy has advanced through numerous roles and responsibilities up to General Manager. Wendy is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of all HAMCO-managed properties' financial operations. She is a lifelong State College resident, married, and has two grown children. Her favorite pastimes involve her family, gardening, reading, and enjoying the outdoors.

Field Support Specialist

Over 14 years in the hospitality industry with a strong focus on optimizing revenue of all HAMCO operated hotels.  Guides and directs the hotel management and sales teams to achieve established revenue goals and objectives.  Ensures total guest satisfaction through employee training, motivation, and supervision.

Having worked at HAMCO for over 30 years, Randy knows all HAMCO properties intimately.
Randy leads all hotel maintenance projects, has extensive knowledge in building & fire safety, negotiates contracts, and leads all renovations to a high-quality level of completion.
Kathy Zellers

Senior Staff Accountant

This Penn State Alumni is a senior accountant with 30+ years of experience in the entire accounting cycle, across many industries. Kathy is responsible for the audit and reconciliation and special accounting projects for all HAMCO properties. Kathy is a keen reader, and also loves biking and walking in her spare time.

Since graduating from Lock Haven University with a dual degree, Andrea has immersed herself in hospitality and accounting. Andrea is responsible for the accounts payable for a selection of HAMCO-managed properties. Andrea likes to read, go on walks in the park, and hang out with her cats in her spare time.
