Combining decades of experience, Hospitality Asset Management Company (HAMCO) was formed in 1998 by Mark Morath, Edward Friedman and Bruce Heim. HAMCO linked hotel owners and operational successes, to create a cohesive management source for established hotels, and an opportunity for the development of new hospitality projects.
A Dedicated Team
Hospitality Asset Management Company has surrounded itself with over 250 dedicated employees throughout its operations. The nucleus of the HAMCO staff is based in State College. Recently recognized at the Choice Hotel World Convention in Las Vegas, NV as the Choice Hotels’ Premier Hotelier. This honor is bestowed upon only the best of the hotel companies that epitomize quality.

Our properties have been honored multiple times with Franchise Hotel of the Year, Quality Awards, and Chairman’s Award recognitions. Our hotels consistently score in the 95th percentile of their unannounced inspection processes. As a multi-faceted organization with available expertise in all segments of hospitality development, operations, and continuing management, Hospitality Asset Management Company is proud of its history and associations.
