Hospitality Asset Management Company Adds Three Hotels to Growing Portfolio
Hospitality Asset Management Company acquired three new hotels, expanding its presence in the Central Pennsylvania region. The hotel management firm added two new hotels in Altoona, PA and one new hotel in Clearfield, PA.

Joining the portfolio:
Wingate by Wyndham Downtown/Medical Center, Altoona hotel which is located near Interstate 99 in downtown Altoona near Penn State Altoona and UPMC Medical Center. Currently the #1 Wingate in the country and home to TōST at Market Square, Altoona’s wine bar.
Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham, Altoona hotel which is conveniently located right off Interstate 99 and 17th Street in Altoona. Offering economic and friendly service, it is currently ranked the nation’s #4 Microtel.
Best Western Plus, Clearfield which is just off Interstate 80 and near Route 322, boasts a prime location. Currently #24 hotel in the United States out of all TripAdvisor bargain hotels.
