INDIANA, Pa. – March 18, 2022 – Hilton Corporation announced today that The Hilton Garden Inn at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, has been recognized as the recipient of the 2021 Conrad Achievement Award. The award annually acknowledges the best-in-class properties of all Hilton hotels. The award’s criteria includes ranking within the top 1% of Hilton Garden Inn hotels throughout the Americas, based on the brand’s Total Quality Score Report as compiled by guest appreciation, employee service quality, and inspection outcomes. Of the 733 hotels eligible for the award, the Hilton Garden Inn at IUP ranked #2 overall in Total Quality Score. The hotel will receive a special trophy to display in its lobby, in recognition of this high achievement.

Best Westen Plus Clearfield Recognized with the Brand's Most Prestigious Honor

Clearfield, PA, 10.15.2021 -- The Best Western Plus in Clearfield was recognized with the brand’s highest honor, the M.K. Hilton Garden Inn Indiana Announces New General Manager

INDIANA, Pa. – October 5, 2021  Hospitality Asset Management Company (HAMCO),  the State College based management group of the Hilton Garden Inn Indiana at IUP, is proud to announce the appointment of Angela Kellar as General Manager of the hotel. With more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Ms. Kellar has been a part of the Hilton Garden Inn team since April 2018.  She earned the Hilton Garden Inn, Sales Leader of the Year Award (North America, South America, and Canada) in 2019.

Hospitality Asset Management Company has continued its steady growth by adding a Comfort Suites in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, to its portfolio. We welcome you to attend the grand opening on April 8th from 4:30-6:30 pm. 

Weathervane Capital Partners, J.C. Bar Properties, and Triple Crown Corporation, teamed with Hospitality Asset Management Company to develop a Comfort Suites by Choice Hotels International located directly off the Erford Road exit of the Harvey Taylor Bridge bypass; which features 113 rooms including 16 one bedroom with full kitchenette suites, meeting facilities and an expanded fitness center. Hospitality Asset Management Company will provide daily operational management and oversight for the property.

The Pennsylvania Restaurant & Lodging Association (PRLA) announced that 1794 The Whiskey Rebellion, located downtown inside the Comfort Suites Carlisle, is a recipient of their 2019 Excellence in Food Safety Award. This is the third consecutive year 1794 The Whiskey Rebellion has received this achievement. 

The award recognizes members who make the commitment to exceed the industry’s high standards of food safety and sanitation. 1794 The Whiskey Rebellion was among 12 award recipients in Pennsylvania in 2019.

CH Fields Craft Kitchen Receives PRLA’s Excellence in Food Safety Award

The Pennsylvania Restaurant & Lodging Association (PRLA) announced that CH Fields Craft Kitchen, located inside the Hilton Garden Inn Indiana on the IUP campus, is a recipient of their 2019 Excellence in Food Safety Award. This is the third consecutive year CH Fields Craft Kitchen has received this achievement.

Wingate by Wyndham Altoona Receives Quality of the Year Award

The Wingate by Wyndham Altoona Downtown/Medical Center has been awarded the coveted Wingate by Wyndham Quality Hotel of the Year award at the 2019 Wyndham Global Conference in Las Vegas. Hospitality Asset Management Company COO Serves on Choice Conference Panel & Receives Hotel

Hospitality Asset Management Company’s Chief Operating Officer, Edward Tubbs, spoke on an owner’s panel at this year’s 65th annual Choice Hotels International convention in Las Vegas. Moderated by Choice Hotels Chief Commercial Officer, Robert McDowell, Tubbs was among three owners selected to speak to the 5,000 hotel owners, general managers, and industry executives. The panel discussion was designed to explore different ways for owners and franchisees to work jointly with Choice Hotels to continue to improve customer experiences, overall hotel amenities, return on investment, and capital projects. Local Company Wins Hotelier of the Year

STATE COLLEGE, PA – It was a breezy autumn day last year when Mark Morath chased after a flier blowing around the parking lot of the Quality Inn on Atherton Street in State College.

Pinning the flier to ground with his foot, he bent down, picked it up and walked it to the trash can before entering for one of his routine check-ins. The hotel is one of 11 managed by his company, Hospitality Asset Management Company (HAMCO).

It’s small acts like grabbing a rogue flier blowing in the wind that no guest would see that likely led Choice Hotels, one of the world's largest hotel companies, to name the State College-based operator Premier Hotelier of the year.

Choice Hotels International, one of the world’s largest hotel companies, has announced Hospitality Asset Management Company as the recipient of its prestigious Premier Hotelier Award for 2017. The Premier Hotelier Award is one of the brand’s most elite designations, recognizing Hospitality Asset Management Company as its top franchisee for 2017. The award was announced by Choice Hotels at its 64th Annual Convention in Las Vegas in May.

Super 8 State College completes full renovation project

Hospitality Asset Management Company has announced the completion of an extensive interior renovation of the Super 8 hotel in State College, Pennsylvania. The $1.4 million project involved a complete redesign and renewal of all guest rooms and public areas as part of Super 8 Worldwide’s revolutionary new “Innov8te” design program.
 
The major renovation project began in the fall of 2017 and was managed by Hospitality Asset Management, the hotel’s operator. Highlights of the renovation include new bedding, carpeting, furniture, draperies, and wall coverings. Dramatic local graphic images, which enhance the iconic Super 8 brand theme, are featured as oversized in-room décor and throughout the hotel.

Hospitality Asset Management Company (HAMCO) is pleased to announce that two of its restaurants, 1794 The Whiskey Rebellion in Carlisle, PA and CH Fields Craft Kitchen in Indiana, PA, have received the Pennsylvania Restaurant & Lodging Association (PRLA) 2017 Excellence in Food Safety Award.

The award recognizes members who make the commitment to exceed the industry’s high standards of food safety and sanitation. 1794 The Whiskey Rebellion and CH Fields Craft Kitchen were among 13 award recipients in Pennsylvania in 2017.

To qualify for the award, the restaurants were required to meet all Pennsylvania food safety, sanitation practices and procedures. Additionally, a PRLA representative visited and conducted a scrutinous inspection of the facilities.
