Hilton Garden Inn Indiana at IUP Grand Opening

In conjunction with Indiana University of Pennsylvania’s (IUP) desire to have a first-class hotel on campus, Hospitality Asset Management Company (HAMCO), partnering with Fiore Management, created a privately funded Hilton Garden Inn which opening on November 1, 2016. The first Hilton Garden Inn hotel in Indiana County, Hilton Garden Inn Indiana at IUP reinforces the company’s focus on growth throughout the region.

Forming part of the award-winning, mid-priced brand that delivers high quality and value, the Hilton Garden Inn Indiana at IUP is strategically located on the campus of Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) adjacent to the Kovalchick Convention and Athletic Complex (KCAC). The KCAC is a 148,500 square-feet complex and offers multiuse adaptable spaces including the 5,000 seat Ed Fry Arena and a 17,000 square-foot state of the art Conference Center.
